1. Shipping Information

Every order is lovingly packed and dispatched from the North West of England. We work hard to ensure your candles arrive beautifully and promptly, just as you’d expect.

UK Delivery

Dispatch Time: Within 1 working day
Delivery Time
: Usually 1–2 working days via Royal Mail (Tracked 24 or First Class)
Free Shipping: On orders over £150

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We currently ship within the UK only.

Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page.

2. Returns

At Golly Gosh, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our candles and your satisfaction means the world to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We gladly accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
1. Items must be in their original packaging
2. Products must be unburned and in resell-able condition

Please email us at hello@gollygoshcandles.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Please Note:

1. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
2. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
3. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your candle arrives safely back with us

3. Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our experience, we do not accept returns on:

Burned or used candles
Sale Items
Custom gift sets

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund, your delight is our priority.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.
